What is Scent.Center?

Scent.Center is a fragrance dropshipping platform. One live supplier catalog feeds your online store; you set the price, we ship each order and send tracking back to your customer.

What does it cost?

$99/month, plus 1% of each order's sale value, plus the wholesale cost of the products you sell. There are no setup fees.

When am I charged for products?

When an order arrives from your store, we charge your saved card for the product cost and fee, then send the order to fulfillment. You've already collected the retail price from your customer.

Which stores can I connect?

Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, or any custom storefront through our API. You can connect as many stores as you like.

How fresh are stock and prices?

The supplier catalog refreshes every 15 minutes. Quantity and cost changes are pushed to your connected stores within the same cycle.

What happens when a product is discontinued?

You get a notification, and by default its stock is set to zero on your store so it can't be oversold. You can choose to draft or delete it instead.

Who handles shipping and tracking?

Our fulfillment center ships every order. Tracking numbers are posted back to your store automatically so your customer is notified.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days. Connect stores and import products for free; add a card when you're ready to take orders.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling stops billing at the end of the period. Products already on your store stay there; we just stop syncing them.
